WE'RE GONNA NEED A BIGGER BOAT! ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON. Payments will be reflected on your Credit Card or Bank Statement as payments to World2Sea Inc Payment schedule varies based on time of booking and stateroom type booked. Stateroom Types for 2027 Standard Staterooms Interior, Oceanview with Picture Window, Balcony and Junior Suite Staterooms. Payment schedule varies based on time of booking and stateroom type booked. The payment schedule will be determined before the 2027 GenX Takeover goes on sale. A $50 per person late fee will be applied each time a passenger/reservation does not remit a payment by the required payment deadline. An additional $50 per person late fees will continue to be applied for each 30-day period thereafter until the required payment is made. GenX Takeover reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you have failed to make any payment by its due date and do not cure such failure within 5 days after notice by email or phone message from OTBC (i.e., OTBC must receive your payment within such 5-day period). If any of the above required payments have not been received by the listed deadlines, and you do not cure such failure within 5 days after notice by email or phone from GenX Takeover (i.e., if GenX Takeover does not receive your payment in full within such 5-day period), GenX Takeover reserves the right to consider your reservation cancelled and to charge the applicable cancellation penalties. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Should GenX Takeover cancel your reservation due to your failure to make a payment, a $150 fee will be added to reinstate the reservation. No exceptions. Please Note: The Payment Terms described above supersede those made by the Margaritaville Ticket Contract, as your payment obligation for the Cruise is to GenX Takeover. Please note the payment provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to the Cruise, regardless of any representations made by Margaritaville or its affiliated entities, whether in the Margaritaville Cruise/Cruisetour terms or elsewhere. The rights granted to passengers in the Margaritaville Cruise/Cruisetour Ticket Contract relating to the payment or refund of cruise fare and to cancellations by passengers shall not be operative. Unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time by GenX Takeover, passengers who cancel their reservation prior to paying their entire Cruise Fare will remain obligated and liable to pay the balance of the total Cruise Fare and Mandatory Fee Supplement for the reservation booked. NO REFUNDS Due to the nature of this event, all deposits and payments to/for GenX Takeover are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON OR CAUSE MAY BE FOR A REFUND REQUEST OR TRANSFER REQUEST, OTBC WILL NOT REFUND OR TRANSFER YOUR DEPOSITS AND/OR PAYMENTS. Therefore, we highly recommend guests purchase Travel Insurance. Travel Insurance is NOT included in your reservation. The purchase of travel insurance is at the discretion of and the sole responsibility of each guest sailing and is offered through World2Sea Inc. It is up to each guest to research and decide whether to purchase travel insurance or not. GenX Takeover is not responsible for any losses, medical expenses accrued during travel and/or any and all deposits, due to lack of travel insurance. Not all travel insurance is the same, and you should carefully investigate to determine what situations are covered, and how they are covered, in each policy you may be offered. For maximum coverage, we recommend that you consider policies with “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage that includes coverage for cancellation, delays, postponements, change in duration, and other changes to the scheduled Cruise no matter the reason. GenX Takeover makes no representation or warranties as to what travel insurance will or will not cover. Please note that some insurers require that travel insurance policies must be purchased within 14 days of your initial Cruise deposit. CANCELLATION Due to the unique nature of our event, we have a very strict “NO REFUND/NO CANCELLATION” policy. No refunds of fees will be issued for any reason. Therefore, as mentioned above, we HIGHLY recommend that passengers consider purchasing Travel Insurance, which is not included in your reservation (see above section “TRAVEL INSURANCE”). If You Do Not Show Up for the Cruise, or for an event during the Cruise, on Time, or Do Not Otherwise Use Your Ticket, there will be no refunds of any kind given. If you need to cancel, please follow the steps below: * Email us for a link to the “Reservation Change Request” form.. * The main passenger on the reservation must fill out, sign, and submit the online form BEFORE the cabin will be canceled. * The date the form is received will be the date of cancellation. No exceptions will be made, and this process must be followed (unless the cancellation is done by GenX Takeover or the World2Sea Inc Reservations Team for failure to pay or other reason(s) within our discretion). * As stated above, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time by GenX Takeover, passengers who cancel their reservation prior to paying their entire Cruise Fare will remain obligated and liable to pay the balance of the total Cruise Fare and Mandatory Fee Supplement for the reservation booked. NO-SHOWS There will be no refunds given for those who do not show up for embarkation (whether the initial embarkation or for leaving any port of call) on time, for unused tickets, or to those seeking refunds after the Cruise has commenced. Please note the Cancellation, No Refunds, and No-Shows provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to the Cruise, regardless of any representations made by Margaritaville, whether in its passenger contract terms or elsewhere. Any rights granted to passengers in the Margaritaville Cruise/Cruisetour Ticket Contract relating to the payment or refund of cruise fare and cancellations by passengers are superseded by these GenX Takeover Terms & Conditions and shall not be applicable.
